A condo that needed to reframe their view after a new high-rise building blocked their view of Downtown Manhattan. The new open-plan design redirected their views to the East Side and offered full views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Brown tones, a play of textures and architectural lighting created a sense of comfort and an appreciation for design elements.
